Usage of Vector NTI in the UT system.

In July 2001, the Center of Excellence in Genomics licensed the
vectorNTI suite of software from Informax, Inc. Usage statistics of the
software will be briefly described to demonstrate the effect of this
license on the UT system, both in Memphis and state-wide.
